Singalila trek Sikkim is the most popular trekking tour in Sikkim. Singalila trek offer beautiful Himalayan views of Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt. Kanchenjunga (8586m), Mt. Makalu (8463m), Mt. Kumbhakarna (7246m), beautiful landscapes, monasteries and mixture of many cultures. On taking the trail from the western flanks of Dzongri, the path reaches out into the current permissible areas of the Singalila Ridge. 
 
Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu: Upon arrival in Kathmandu met by our representative and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu: Full day city sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. AM: Bouddhanath & Pashupatinath. 
AM: Pashupatinath. Pashupatinath is one of the four most important Hindu religious sites in Asia for devotees of Shiva. It was built in the 5th century and later renovated by Malla kings of Nepal. It is also the most important crematory site Hindus. Thousands of pilgrims around the world visit Pashupatinath each year.
Bouddhanath Stupa. Bouddhanath stupa is the largest Buddhist stupa in the world and also a world heritage site. It was build around 600AD. It is a highly symbolic construction serves in essence as a three-dimensional reminder of the Buddha’s path towards enlightenment. There are many Buddhist monasteries around the stupa.
PM: Patan city. Patan is protected by UNESCO world heritage site is the second largest city in the valley. It is some time referred to as Lalitpur, which means city of beauty. It has architectural feast with a far greater concentration of temples, Buddhist monasteries are sacttered around this fascinating town. The Patan Durbar square is a concentrated mass of temples, undoubtedly the most visually stunning display of Newari architecture to be seen in Nepal. 

Day 03: Flight Kathmandu-Bhadrapur-Darjeeling: Fly Kathmandu to Bhadrapur (45m flight) and drive to enter the Nepal-India border in Kakarbhitta and further drive to Darjeeling via Siliguri. 94 km drive. 

Day 04: Darjeeling: Very early morning proceed for excursion to Tiger Hill to witness the Sun rise over Mt. Kanchenjunga Range of mountains. Return to Darjeeling visiting Ghoom Monastery enroute. Enjoy Toy Train ride (now a World Heritage entity). Afternoon sightseeing of Darjeeling. Overnight hotel.
 
Day 05: Darjeeling-Uttery. Drive to Utteray, which takes 6-7hrs approximately. Uttarey is famous for its tranquility and natural beauty. Overnight hotel or lodge.
 
Day 06: Uttery- Chewabhanjyang. Trek to Chewabhanjang(3144 mt). Today route passes through the good trail and dense rhododendron forest. Overnight camp.

Day 07: Chewabhanjang-Dhor. Trek to Dhor(3750 m)Start with a steep climb through the rhododendron forest, the path leads leads between Nepal and Sikkim with panaromic views . Finally one comes across several high altitude lake formations where we can stay in the night in camp.
 
Day 08: Dhor-Sikkim megu. Early morning after breakfast Trek to Sikkim Megu(3900m).Route passes through spectacular views on both sides of ridge with rare species of rhododendron. in bloom, and beautiful mountain peaks.

Day 09: Sikkim megu-Dafey bhir. Trek to Dafey bhir (4100m).Start with gradual climb and follow a wide valley towards the east. Overnight camp.

Day 10: Dafey bhir-Gomathang. Trek to Gomathang (3750 m).Trek start with easy tril leads to a high mountain pass and walk down to the valley through the pine and juniper forest, trek also offer spectacular views of high mountains of Sikkim ,including Kanchenjunga .Overnight camp.

Day 11 Gomathang- Panding. Trek to Panding (4200 mt) through the rhododendron forest. After Yangshep (3900 m) we follow a steep path up to Panding. Overnight camp.

Day 12 Panding-Dzongri. Trek to Dzongri (4020m).After descend till at a river in Bikbari we cross on a plank bridge. Then we start the climb to Dzongri pass and descend till camp side. Overnight camp.

Day 13 Dzongri-Tsoka. Trek to Tsoka(3049m).Descend route passes through vegetation change to stunted bushes of juniper and rhododendrons.Tsoka is small tibiten village where we can see small tea stalls by locals. Overnight camp or lodge.

Day 14: Tsoka - Yuksum: Trek down to Yuksum (1780m) via Bakhim. (End of Trekking). Overnight camp or lodge.

Day 15: Yuksum – Gangtok. Drive to Gangtok (1810 m). The present day capital of Sikkim. Overnight hotel.

Day 16: Gangtok: Excursion to Rumtek Monastery. Afternoon sightseeing of Gangtok. Visit Tibetology Research Institute, Orchid Sanctuary, Do-drul Chorten and Enchhey Monastery.

Day 17: Gangtok – Kalimpong. We retrace our route from Gangtok to Sikkim late afternoon, check in hotel. Overnight hotel. 74.8 km drive.

Day 18: Kalimpong-Bhadrapur-Kathmandu. We drive early in the morning from Kalimpong to Siliguri, cross the India-Nepal border and further drive to Bhadrapur and fly back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival met by our representative at airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight hotel.

Day 19: Kathmandu. At leisure in Kathmandu or independent activities. Overnight hotel.

Day 20: Depart Kathmandu. Our representative will meet you at your hotel and transfer to Kathmandu international airport for onward flight/departure.

A variety of factors, including adverse weather conditions and difficulties with transportation, can lead to enforced changes. The trip leader or the Sirdar (Local guide) will make any changes that are necessary.
